• Onsite technical training/core competencies (5 days at opening)
• HBO technical assistance: telephone or e-mail
• Monthly Safety Updates for hyperbaric medicine
• JCAHO survey and UHMS accreditation preparation assistance
• Continuous Quality Improvement process development assistance
• 24/7 physician support
• (4) Onsite visits by consultant (typical)
• Additional onsite visits by technical trainer (1 minimum)
• HBO course registration, plus CME/CEU for (7) people
• Termination after 12 months with 30 days written notice; if no notice, contract terminates at 18 months
