• Onsite technical training/core competencies (5 days at opening)
• HBO technical assistance: telephone or e-mail
• Monthly Safety Updates for hyperbaric medicine
• JCAHO survey and UHMS accreditation preparation assistance
• Education/training support
• 24/7 physician support
• (3) Onsite visits by consultant (typical)
• HBO course registration, plus CME/CEU for (4) people
• Termination after 6 months with 30 days written notice; if no notice, contract terminates at 12 months
